March Lunar New Year Challenge....

Happy March everyone. Welcome to another fun Lunar New Year challenge. We are all about the new year and this is the year of the dragon so today I am getting crafty with Trinity Stamps, whom is also one of our fabulous sponsors this month. So make sure to link up HERE for a chance to win one of the prizes.

Let's get started..

Create card from white cardstock 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 size.

Cut a yellow A2 panel and stencil the Trinity Stamps: Layered Fireworks Stencil using Waffle Flower Crafts: My Pleasure ink and Pinkfresh Studio: Sunkissed ink. Blend the ink softly

Adhere your panel to your card base.

Stamp out this fun images from the Trinity Stamps: Dragon Dance stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and color using your favorite medium. I colored mine using Copic Sketch markers. Die cut the images using the coordinating Trinity Stamps: Dragon Dance dies. Add some foam tape to the back of the images and adhere it to your firework background. The dragon head you will have to double the foam on the top part so it has more dimension than the little guy.

Stamp out the sentiment from the Trinity Stamps: Dragon Dance stamp set on a piece of white cardstock using black ink and then die cut it using the coordinating Trinity Stamps: Dragon Dance dies. Adhere the sentiment underneath the dancing dragon using liquid glue.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

I hope that I have inspired you today to link up.

Thank you to all our sponsors.

Coffee Loving Cardmaker's Collaborate with Trinity Stamps Blog Hop...

Welcome everyone to a fun Coffee Loving Cardmakers & Trinity Stamps Blog Hop.

I am so excited to be a part of this awesome blog hop showcasing the new Frappy Camper PERKing stamp and coordinating die set

Please make sure to start at the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog HERE or the Trinity Stamps Blog HERE. If you are right on track then you should have come from the super talented > Amy Tsuruta Blog HERE

The awesome thing about this stamp set is that we all helped in coming up with the idea of this stamp set. How cool is that? I am pretty excited about it plus look how fun it is.

I colored the images with Copic Sketch makers and added a little white gel pen action to them. I mean who doesn't love polka dots, right? I did a simple die cut background on some striped paper from Echo Park Paper Co. and added a little steam with the Trinity Stamps: Coffee with Character stamp set

Make sure you hop along and comment for a chance to win a $20 GC to be selected from participating blogs (comment on all). Must comment by 10/22 at 11:59 PM PT. Winner will be announced 10/26 on the Trinity Blog.

Let Freedom Ring....

Happy 4th of July everyone. Are you already celebrating? I think we might go to the beach for a bit and eat some yummy food. Fireworks are not allowed where I live but I am sure we will see the ones that they set off over the Queen Mary.

I finally got to use this adorable stamp set from Trinity Stamps called Lady Liberty and I also used Let Love Grow. It was fun to color and it is just a pretty stamp of Lady Liberty.

I colored with Copic sketch markers and did another simple watercolor background. They are easy and I love how it brings all the colors together. I also added some fun stars. I actually hand cut these images out and gave them some dimension with foam tape. Simple card to create. Let the images be the star.

Have a fabulous 4th of July.

Coffee Mug Hug....

Happy Saturday night... well I just whipped up this card a few minutes ago. I bought this die a while ago when I seen Amy Tsuruta use it. I feel in love with her amazing cards which you can see HERE. I can't believe that I am just now using this die. I think it got put at the bottom of the unused pile. EEK.

The background is a simple watercolor background. I almost used designer paper but you know how much I love to create my own backgrounds. I hope all my cards don't look a like. I just love color and sometimes I can not find the right paper to fit what is in my mind. This card was a quick card but I do like the way it came out.

I thought I was missing something so I added some fun silver glitter paper at the top and bottom. Just what it needed.

Well that is all for today.
Oh yeah it is raining again... ugh

Have a wonderful rest of the weekend.

Birthday Florals...

Happy Tuesday everyone... Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. My husband has been transforming my craft room for me. He bought me a big wall unit from IKEA. You know how fun it is to put together IKEA cabinets right? Well we got through it and it looks awesome. YAY for craft room organizing.

Well let's get to todays card. I created it using Trinity Stamps: Let Love Grow stamp set. The paper is from Elle's Studio Tis The Season. I just love Elle's Studio paper. They always have a great collection of designs.

I colored the images with Copic sketch markers and also added some May Arts burlap string for fun. Not much to this card but to color and glue this fun paper.

Simple and Sweet today.
Not much else going on here to report.

Unless you have not heard that I am closing Drive By Crafts.
Head on over and save 30% and I just marked down more stuff so that is an extra 30% off.
Great deals to be had.

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Crafting!
