Simply Love...

Thursday is here and I literally have nothing to do. LOL Funny how this stay home order is changing things in life. I am not a fan.. just sayin'.

But with nothing to do leaves lots of time for card making. I am going to be honest I do not sit in my craft room all day. I usually make one or two cards every few days but this week a card a day has been my schedule. I guess it has just been one of those weeks.

Today I am getting crafty with Studio Katia: Lovely Blooms stamp set. I colored with Copic sketch makers. I trimmed the bottom and adhered to some fun designer paper. I used foam tape to give it some dimension. Finishing up with this pretty sentiment which is also from the same set.

That is it... color, trim and adhere. Totally simple card to create.

Thanks for stopping by.
Have a day filled of smiles.

Forever....

Hello blog friends. I hope you all are enjoying your week. We are almost weekend bound. But let's focus on today. It is cloudy outside today and suppose to rain. I don't mind the rain, I think that it is peaceful. How about you?

Yesterday I started making this card. It was lots of stamping but totally fun to create. I used Studio Katia: Sweet Heart Candy stamp and die set. All stamped with Ranger Oxide inks. I kept it to the traditional Valentines colors.

This stamp set is so fun because it comes with all these fun sentiments and the cute smiles too. Plus who doesn't love a good stamped background... right? After stamping the background I die cut the hearts twice and stamped these two sentiments which I might add go so perfectly together. The die set come with two hearts so you can layer them. I did layer them to give them some dimension on my card. Sorry I know it is a little hard to see in pictures... you will  just have to take my word for it. LOL

It is Creativation time and I have been seeing online everyone getting excited for it. As you know I usually go but I am sitting this one out. I know hard to believe. I will miss seeing all those fun blog friends. I am sure they will all have a great time.

That is all for today.
Thank you so much for stopping by.

Have an awesome day full of smiles!

Birthday Bear....

Well a Happy Weekend to YOU... I created this card yesterday while my husband grouted the bathroom floor. We are redoing our bathrooms. We like to always being doing remodels. LOL It will be nice when it is done then we only have two more bathrooms to go. Sometimes I think what are we thinking but you know it all works out in the long run.

I created this card using Studio Katia: Kobi Bearing Gifts and Birthday Lions stamp sets. I wish I had a pile of gifts like this for my birthday. Hint hint just in case my husband reads this.. HAHA LOL JK

The background is created using two different stencils. Echo Park: Balloons and Altenew Classy Stripes. I used Distress Oxides for my inks.. Spun Sugar, Tumbled Glass, Cracked Pistachio and Mustard Seed. I also added some Copic Opaque to the background. Kind of makes it look like confetti... Right? or is it just me?

Well that is all for today.
Have a fantastic weekend.

Happy Crafting!

I Simply Love...

Happy Late Saturday night... today it was raining like CRAZY and well it was a stay in and get crafty day. I watched a few movies and well this is what I came up with while I was watching the tube. I am back on the Ranger alcohol inks kick. I love bold colors so here you go. I even added some fun gold NUVO gliding flakes. I seen another crafter add the gold flakes and thought how fun. I must give that a try and well here you go...

So at first I was just going to use two colors for the background and then I see all the pretty colors and say oh I will add this color and then this color... I mean come on I am kind of color crazy. LOL I colored up this gorgeous stamp set from Studio Katia: Lovely Blooms. I colored with Copic sketch markers.

Hope you all are enjoying your Saturday (weekend).

Thanks for stopping by.
