Happy day blog friends.. I am off to another late start. I am becoming a late blog poster. I have been busy trying to clean out my craft room of older stuff and trying to sell it on FB. So far everything is selling.. yay me. In between I created this butterfly card. This set is from the Scrapbook & Cards Crop & Create event. I got this Crafter's Companion set during the event.
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut a white cardstock A2 panel and stencil the butterfly background. Any butterfly stencil will work. This set does not have a name on it, so I can't share with you the name.... sorry. Colors used Pinkfresh Studio Sunkissed, Bubble gGum and Wisteria.
Next I ink blended another white panel using the same colors I used for the background and die cut three of the butterflies that came with this set. I am sure most of you have butterfly dies, so you can use any butterfly die to create this same card design.
Cut an A2 panel on Vellum. Adhere the butterfly to the vellum using a little liquid glue. Make sure to let dry completely before handling.
Flip over your vellum and add some tape runner in the areas of where the butterflies are. You don't want to see tape from the front.
Stamp the sentiment, trim and adhere using foam tape.
Like I said this set was from the Scrapbook & Cards Magazine Crop & Create event. If you have this set, well join in, if not I am sure you have some butterflies in your crafty supplies...
Oh yeah I forgot I added some clear drops using liquid glue. You always need a little sparkle on your card... right?
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a crafty fun day!
