Happy Wednesday blog friends.. Today I am back on the LOVE train. Valentine's is right around the corner and Concord & 9th has come out with this adorable die and coordinating enamel shapes. You know I just had to have it, especially when I seen Rachel Arribas card using this set. This card is inspired by hers. I just added bigger stripes and used different colors. You can see her card HERE.
Card designed using: Concord & 9th:
Check out this set... you might just want it toooooo...
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
On a piece of white cardstock adhere 4 colors of cardstock stripes measuring 3/4 each. Adhere them at an angle using liquid glue. Make sure your white cardstock is big enough so you can die cut the background die on it. This die does not cut out completely so you will have to trim down to A2 size after and then adhere this panel to your card base using liquid glue.
Die cut the LOVE backer on white cardstock.
Die cut the LOVE letters on colored cardstock. The colors I choose are the colors that the coordinating Love Letters Enamel Shapes come in. I did not have all the Concord & 9th colors, so I had to get the colors as close as I could. So I used a few different companies colored cardstock.
Adhere your LOVE letters to the backer using foam tape.
Now for the fun part, filling all the small pieces. I mixed the colors up on each color and adhere the pieces using liquid glue. The hearts are from the Love Letters Enamel Shapes.
I added foam tape to the back of the backer and adhere it to the center of the card.
Do you LOVE this as much as I do? I will keep this die forever. I just think it is so pretty and just think of the colors you can create this with. You can even add more sentiment to it. For sure a must have in your crafty collection.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a LOVELY day!
