Happy Thursday everyone.. it is almost the weekend YAY!. Can you believe it is almost November? This year is just flying by. I hope that you all are voting for President. It is so important to vote whomever you vote for. This is a wonderful privilege that we as Americans get. There are some countries that don't get to vote.
Ok, sorry to go into that but I just feel it is so important. Now let's get to this fun card. Today I am creating with Taylored Expressions new Around Town Christmas collection. I got this set a couple of weeks ago but just now getting to inking it up.
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut an A2 panel on green cardstock and adhere it to the card base using liquid glue.
Cut a white panel measuring 4 x 5 1/4 and stencil the Around Town stencil on it using a light grey ink. I used Pinkfresh Studio Misty Coast. This stencil comes with 4 scenes, so you can make for cards with 4 different backgrounds.
On a piece of white cardstock stencil the Around Town Christmas stencils. This is a set of three stencils and they line up perfectly with the square guides on the stencils. Pick colors that you love when inking up these fun images.
Die cut the images using the coordinating Around Town dies.
Time to create your scene. make sure to leave room for your sentiment. I used a little Copic Opaque mixed with water and sprinkled the card. Looks like snow on the card.
I used the TE Beautiful Baubles Add-on clear stamp for the sentiment that I stamped in black ink.
This was actually a simple card to create. This was all stencils except the sentiment. It is so interesting how crafting has changed over the years. Before it would have been small stamps and your would have to color all the images. I don't think I have used my Copics in a long time. LOL
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a wonderful day full of kindness.
Oh, this is full of fun and very cheerful!
