Hello blog friends.. I have not created a card in almost a week. I had to find my crafty mojo and sometimes it just takes time to be inspired. I was cleaning out my desk and found this background that I created a long time ago. Not sure why I did not create with it back then but it was fun to find. So I finished it...
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
On a white A2 panel stamp the Best Bud stamp set on the panel using black ink. Next line up the coordinating Best Bud stencils and ink blend all the flowers and leaves using colors that you love. I went with light/dark pink, light blue, green and yellow.
Cut a strip of light blue designer paper or pain cardstock 1 1/2 inches and adhere to the center of the card.
Cut a strip of striped designer paper 1 1/4 inch and adhere to the top and center of the blue cardstock. I am trying to pick colors that are close to the colors that I used on the flowers and leaves.
Cut another strip of black and white designer paper 1/2 inch and adhere on the lower part of the second piece of the designer paper. See photo if this is confusing.. LOL
Stamp the sentiment from the TE Mod Sentiments stamp set on white cardstock using black ink and trim down to 1/2 inch and adhere using foam tape to the center of all that designer paper we added.
To finish I added more of that fun designer paper to the bottom. Cut a strip 1/2 inch and adhere to the bottom. (I know I went a little wild with the designer paper)
That is it.... what do you think? Is it weird or do you like it? I know it is wild, but I really love it.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a wonderful and colorful day.
