Oh Happy day blog friend. Today I am on the Heffy Doodle Instagram Page here and I am getting rainbow colorful. I was in an all color type of mood and this set was perfect to create that look with. So let's get started.
Heffy Doodle supplies used:
- Heart Pencil Die (retiring but still available, until supplies last)
- Numicon Stencil (retiring but still available, until supplies last)
- Pandtastic Painters Stamp Set
Inks:
- Pinkfresh Studio: Ballet Slipper, Clementine, Sweet Mustard, Keylime and Seaside
This is where you take out our scrap pile and find all the colors you want to create this fun Heart Pencil with but first....
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut a panel A2 size and stencil this fun Numicon Stencil using all the colors of the rainbow or whatever colors you like. Adhere this panel to your card base using liquid glue.
Die cut this cool Heart Pencil die on all colors of the rainbow and the colors in between. Die cut the backer on white cardstock. Now for the fun part, adhere all the colors to the backer using liquid glue. It lines up perfectly so it was not hard to put together. Add some foam tape to the back and adhere it to the fun background.
Die cut the COLOR die from the Heart Pencil die set on white cardstock THREE times. The first time I die cut it I left it in place on the cutting plate and lifted it with some low tack tape so it stayed lined up. I added some liquid glue and adhered it to the center of the pencils. I then adhered the other two to the top of it for dimension.
Stamp out the sentiments from the Pandtastic Painters stamp set on white cardstock using black ink, trim down and adhere to the card using liquid glue.
We are done... what do you think. I love the numbers with the crayons. I think this would be good for a teacher.... don't you think?
Thank you for stopping by.
Have a wonderful day!
I love every sweet detail on this darling card!
