Happy Tuesday everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Mine was amazing. My husband always fines me the best gifts. So today I am using up some scraps/extra die cuts that I had on the side. Just for a little inside, I keep a small basket on my desk and I through my extra die cuts into it. I have extra die cuts because sometimes I will die cut something and then it ends up not being the right color. So I keep it and this is the result of it today.
Create card from kraft cardstock A2 size.
Cut 4 strips of colored cardstock and adhere them together and then to the back of a pretty frame. Now adhere that frame to your card.
I had a few die cuts to choose from but I went with this pretty pink wreath which I added using foam tape. I then took the girl silhouette that was part of a bigger die cut that I used a few days ago. I just cut her off from the rest of the group and added some foam tape to the back and then to the card.
The foliage was extra from one of the classed I took earlier this year so I added one to my card.
The sentiment was one of the TE simple strips sentiments. I have a small container filled with these. Very handy when creating a card like this. I added foam tape to the back and then added it to my card.
Finishing with a little sparkle, I added some sequins.
So there you go, a card created using left overs. Don't get rid of those extras unless you have a BIG pile then I say get rid of them.. LOL I am not about clutter. My pile is very small.
That is all for today.
I hope you have an awesome day.
We are counting down the days until 2024... excited to see what the new year brings.
Thank you for stopping by.
Cute use of your leftovers!
