Happy Wednesday blog friends.. Here we go with another LOVE card and yes I turned it into a shaker card. I tell you I just can't get enough of the shaker cards full of colorful sequins.
Today I am getting crafty with...
- The Stamp Market: Heart Happy Cover Die
- My Favorite Things: Giant Love Die
- Taylored Expressions Vellum
- Misc. Sequins
- Foam Strips
- Misc. Silver Glitter Paper
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut a panel A2 size on white cardstock. Ink blend pink, purple, yellow and orange. Just mix the ink all around. Die cut the Heart Happy Cover die on your ink blended background.
Cut a piece of Vellum A2 size and adhere it to the back of the Heart Happy die cut.
Add some foam strips around the edges of the Heart Happy background.
Add some sequins, mix up some pinks, purples, white and red. Remove the protectant on the foam tape and adhere a white A2 panel to the back. Now adhere the background to your card base.
Die cut the Giant Love die on Silver Glitter paper and white cardstock. Add some foam tape to the back of the silver glittered letters and adhere it to your background. Trim the white cardstock letters so it covers part of the silver letters. I used foam tape to add the white to the letters.
Take the negative hearts from the Heart happy background. Find 4 that are different sizes and adhere them together largest to the smallest. Take a glue pen and outline the smallest heart and add some fine glitter. Add some foam tape to the back of the heart and adhere it to the card.
No stamping today. But when you have lots of fun dies you just mix it up to create the card that you have imagined. I have to say it looks much better in person but I am not a photo expert so I really do the best I can.
That is all for today.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a wonderful Wednesday.
This is a lovely shaker card!
