Happy Wednesday blog friends... today I have moved on to Halloween. I have been seeing all the fun Halloween cards popping up so it got me in the mood for a little Spooky Fun. I just purchased Fox Costume Before n Afters stamp set from another crafter at a really good price... I might add. You know me bargain shopper.
Well let's get to this fun card that I created using Lawn Fawn...
- Fox Costumes Before n Afters stamp/dies
- Tiny Gift Box Jack-O-Lantern Add-on dies
- Lots of Stars Background Stencils
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut a piece of white cardstock the same size as your card base and stencil this fun Lots of Stars background using fun Halloween colors. Use a scalloped frame die to cut out for a fun scalloped border.
Cut a piece of black cardstock 4 x 5 1/2 and now adhere it to your card base. This size should leave a white showing on the top and bottom. Now adhere your stenciled background to the black cardstock.
Stamp out these fun images and color them using your favorite medium. Die cut the using the coordinating dies.
Die cut the pumpkins 4 times from the Tiny Gift Box Jack-O-Lantern dies on orange cardstock and the backer on black cardstock. Adhere the black to the back of the pumpkin.
Time to create your scene. Use a little foam tape here and there for a little dimension.
Stamp out your sentiments on colored cardstock and adhere them to the card.
Finishing with a little something shinny. I used silver glittered dots here and there.
There you go I am on the Halloween train now. Have you started your Halloween cards yet? I do plan to do many more over the next month. Never scary just cute.... not into the scary stuff.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a wonderful day full of smiles.
They look adorable in their little costumes! This is cute, Annette!
ReplyDeleteThis card turned out really well! I have begun my Halloween crafting but won't be posting them for awhile because I have lots of posts backed up. I actually just looked at my fox stamp set and was thinking about what to do with them. I like your background stars and pumpkin boxes. Everything works well together on your card. Thanks for sharing your talents!
