Friday is here and you know it is time for some Coffee Loving Cardmakers fun. I am loving my guest design spot this month as I get to share more coffee fun with you all.
Today I am getting crafty with...
- Lawn Fawn: Hello Friend Stamp Set
- Lawn Fawn: Stitched Mug Frame Lawn Cuts
- Lawn Fawn: Outside In Stitched Mug Lawn Cuts
Die cut a basic scalloped frame on colored cardstock and adhere to the card using liquid glue.
Die cut another basic stitched panel slightly smaller then the scalloped frame and adhere to the card using foam tape. I choose my colors based on the patters on the designer paper that I used for the mugs.
Die cut three of the Stitched Mug Frames, one on white cardstock, one on designer paper and one on vellum.
Die cut the Outside In Stitched Mug 4 times, once on designer paper and 3 on white cardstock.
Let’s create the shaker first. Adhere the vellum to the designer cut of the Outside In Stitched Mug first and let dry completely. Adhere the three white die cut Outside In Stitched Mugs together and then to the back of the vellum. I used the die cuts instead of foam tape. This gives me the pocket I need to add my shaker bits. Add your shaker bits and then adhere the solid back to seal them in.
Die cut the negative of the designer piece with the stitched heart and add the heart to the shaker mug.
Take the other designer Stitched Mug and adhere the die cut piece that you used for the heart and add some foam tape to the back and add it to the mug.
Adhere both the mugs to the card.
Stamp the sentiment on white cardstock and die cut using a standard die cut frame. This frame is from a really old Spellbinders set I owned. Sorry don’t know the name of it. Adhere the sentiment to the card.
What cute cups! This just makes me smile!
