Happy Monday blog friends. What a nice and relaxing weekend my husband I had. Sometimes the weekends are busy busy but this weekend was just nice and relaxing. We got lots done and the weather was perfect. Now it is time to start this week right.
Today I have created a Love card using lots of Taylored Expressions...
- Blooming Botanical Layering Stencil
- Open Scallop Circle die
- Ray of Sunshine Cutting Plate
- On the Block Love stamp/die
- Simple Strips Easter Blessings stamp/die
- Simple Strips Thanks stamp/die
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut a piece of white cardstock, same size as your card front and stencil the Blooming Botanicals stencil. Die cut the stenciled background using the Ray of Sunshine cutting plate. Set aside.
Die cut on a piece of white cardstock the Ray of Sunshine.
Adhere the negative part of the stenciled background to your card base. Now adhere the white outer part of the Ray of Sunshine die cut to the stenciled background. Now rotate the stenciled pattern and white rays and adhere them to the card.
Die cut the Open Scallop Circle on a piece of bright blue cardstock and adhere to the card using foam tape.
Stamp out the On the Block LOVE sentiment on white cardstock using pink inks and die cut using the coordinating die. Adhere the sentiment to the center of the open scallop circle.
Stamp out the simple strips sentiments and die cut using the coordinating dies. Trim down the YOU... from the sentiment and adhere it to the LOVE sentiment. Adhere the rest of the sentiment to your card.
Finishing with a little white gel pen here and there...
Nothing like a floral love you card.... right?
