Welcome blog friends... Today it is all about sunsets. I love all sunset, beach themed kind of cards and well this card was created using a fun stencil pack.
Card designed using Concord & 9th:
- Seaside Post Stencil Pack
- Hooray stamp set
- Seaside Post dies
Create card from white cardstock A2 size.
Cut a piece of blue cardstock slightly smaller then card base and adhere to the card using liquid glue.
Die cut the Seaside Post frame die on white cardstock.
Line up the die cut frame with the stencil one. You will see there are lines to line up so the stenciled image is perfectly centered. Start with blending your background with fun colors that you love. I went with a more traditional color combo. Line up the second stencil and keep blending. See your scene come to life.
Stamp the sentiment directly onto your fun scene from the Hooray stamp set using black ink.
Add some foam tape behind your scene and add it to your card.
Very simple and what a scene... don't you think?
A old set mixed with a new set. The stamp set I believe is retired but the stencil and dies are fairly new. I could blend this background many many times and not get tired of it.
