Surprise...

We are getting closer to Friday... yay! I love the weekends. But, it is only Thursday and today I am sharing a Magic Iris Lawn Fawn card using this fun Camera die. This is only the second time I have used this die. I always have to watch the LF video to see how to put the Magic Iris together. It's not hard I just see all the pieces and scratch my head.. LOL Do you ever get dies like that? I think it is pretty amazing how they even come up with dies like this. I mean the thought process behind this is pretty cool.

Today's card was created using Lawn Fawn:

  • Magic Iris Lawn Cuts
  • Magic Iris Camera Add-On Lawn Cuts
  • Quilted Backdrop Lawn Cuts
  • Secret Garden Window Lawn Cuts
  • Hive Five Stamp/Dies
  • What's Sewing On Petite Paper Pack
  • Stripes 'n Sprinkles Petite paper Pack

Create card from cardstock A2 size.

Die cut the Quilted Backdrop on a piece of the What's Sewing On? papers and adhere it to the card base.

Die cut the Secret Garden Window die on your choices of colored cardstock and create your window. Add some extras here and there to fill it up. Set it aside.

Die cut the Magic Iris Camera Add On die on the What's Sewing On? and Stripes 'n Sprinkles designer paper. Adhere the camera together.

Adhere the Secret Garden Window to the top of the camera using foam tape.

Now it is time to create the back of the camera... the part where the magic happens. My advice is to follow the LF video on how to piece it together. It is simple but I just don't think I will be able to explain it properly. Once you have done so adhere it to the back of your camera.

Position your camera on your card so you can see where you would like to adhere the circle where your scene with be built. Do not adhere the camera yet just the circle.

Stamp out these fun Hive Five images, color with your favorite medium. I used Copic Sketch markers. Adhere the images to the circle. The images must be flat, so don't use any foam tape.

Adhere the camera to the card with the circle being your guide to line up.

Tada... you have a fun card that has a wonderful surprise on it.

It is magic.... don't you think? This card took me a little white to create but totally worth it.

That is all for today.
Thank you so much for stopping by.

Have a magical day!
