Happy Independence month.. Today I am celebrating on the Ink Blog Shop blog HERE and I am getting crafty with...
I started with cutting my card base on white cardstock. I always fold my cards using a bone folder so I get a clean straight fold. This card is measured at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
I started with stamping the Skyline Borders city scene at the bottom of my card. I stamped it again on one of the masking magic sheets. I will trim this down so I can mask the stamped image on the card. I repeated this step with the fireworks too.
Now that all your images are masked you can now blend your ink for the background. I used Ranger Oxide inks Blueprint Sketch and Fire Brick. But don’t pill those mask off yet because it is not time to stamp the Starry Sprinkle Background. I used my Misti, just in case I need to stamp it a few times.
Time to reveal and remove those mask carefully. I was going to color the images but loved how the white glows of the card, I just left it. What do you think?
Finishing up with stamping the sentiment, trimming down and adding to the card using foam tape for a little dimension.
Red, White and Blue….
I hope you enjoyed my card.
Thanks for stopping by.
Have a wonderful week!
