Top Flight Stamps 5th Birthday Blog Hop...


It's Topflight Stamps 5th birthday and to celebrate, I’ve teamed up with some great designers to showcase celebratory projects using the unique products available at Topflight Stamps. So excited to be celebrating Top Flight Stamps 5th birthday with this fun blog hop. Today I am sharing two cards, one that can be seen on the Top Flight Stamp blog HERE and the other is a card that I created using...


I started with the Studio Light: Out of This World Star Circle Round stencil and various inks to create this fun background. I stenciled directly onto my card base (A2). 

Next I stamped this fun sentiment from the Darkroom Door: Birthday red rubber cling stamp. I cut the balloon off first before stamping because I wanted to add this fun giraffe in its place. 

I then stamped the giraffe from the Craft Emotions: Savannah 2 stamp set and colored using Copic Sketch markers. I did a little fussy cutting and added to my card using foam adhesives. This give the image a little dimension. 

Now for that balloon we cut off, I inked it up, fussy cut around it and added it to my card.

    Hi Annette. I love giraffes and I love your card. The background is great the way you use 2 colors. You mentioned a second card, but I do not see it. Thank you for the ideas.
