'Tis the Season...

Happy FRIDAY... who ready for the weekend? I am so ready. I have a few things planned and I just love the weekend because my husband is home all day. YAY! 

Today I have created a card using Taylored Expressions: Little Critters Christmas and Holiday Stencil Strips. I was in the mood for a stamped background.

I know that I always say that I created a simple card but today this card was a little more challenging. I first stamped directly onto my card base all these cute little critters. I then had to mask each image with masking tape. I stamped each image multiple times and fussy cut them out to place over each image.

I then added the stencil to my card and added using Oxide inks Festive Berries, Twisted Citron, Scattered Straw and Tumbled Glass. I can now peel the masking tape off each image and now time to color. I colored each image using Copic Sketch markers.

Because I can I also added some Copic Opaque.

To finish up I stamped the sentiments out and trimmed to fit card. I then added a strip of glitter paper for a little shine. 

Now we are done.. yippee! I love creating Christmas cards.... but I think you already know that.
