North Pole....

Happy Monday blog friends. I am doing all my typical Monday chores... washing clothes, cleaning the house.. all the fun stuff. NOT but someone has to do it.. right? I did manage to find one fun thing today and it was creating this card. 

I just got the new Lawn Fawn: Stitched Snowflake Frame dies, Let it Shine Snowflakes paper pad and Penguin Party. 

So I have to be honest right now. I stamped out these images and had no idea what kind of scene I was going to create. But as you can see it all came together. I first adhered this pretty designer paper to my card base. I die cut the bottom half using the Palm Tree Border dies. For the top I added these pretty snowflakes that I die cut on silver card-stock. I added a few Pink & Main Crystal Gems to the center of some of the snowflakes. 

The images are colored with Copic Sketch markers and I sprinkled a little of that stuff I love... Copic Opaque to give that snow effect. 

I fussy cut the images and added to my card using some foam adhesives for dimension. 

YAY! for Christmas cards. I went with non-traditional colors, but if you have followed me for a while you know that is usually what I do. Dont get me wrong, I totally love red and green. Which I will at some point use those traditional colors.
