Sweetest Thing...

I am counting the days down until Friday because my mom is coming to town. I have not seen her in two years so you can image my excitement. Thanks to covid I am sure a lot of you have not seen your loved ones. I am so grateful that we are starting to get back to normal. I pray that it stays on track. No one should not go two years to see their parents. 

Today I am sharing a card that I created using Taylored Expressions: Tutti Frutti stamp and coordinating dies, Bokeh Stencil, TE glitter card-stock, Simple Strips Thanks, Simple Strips Asymmetrical die, Bitty Blender Brushes and TE Premium inks Oreo, Pineapple, Guava, Pink Champagne, Cupcake and Candy Corn. 

I started with using the Bokeh Stencil with the Bitty Blender Brushes and TE Premium inks Pineapple, Guava, Pink Champagne, Cupcake and Candy Corn. I also sprinkled a little Copic Opaque. I set the background aside while I stamp and color the Tutti Frutti images. I colored with Copic Sketch markers and then die cut with the coordinating dies. 

Before adding the images to my card base I cut some of TE silver card-stock and added it to the sides for a little shine. Then I die cut one of the Mini Slim Trifold Circle dies on some of TE Vellum and added it to my card. 

I adhered the watermelon and strawberry to my card using liquid glue and then added the pineapple using foam adhesives. Finishing up with this cool sentiment from Simple Strips Thanks.
