Taylored Expressions: Mini Slim Essentials Release...

 Today Taylored Expressions has added to their Mini Slim collection with this awesome Mini Slim Essential Release. This release is screaming summer and I know you are going to love it. 

So lets get started...

I hear you already saying you adore this flamingo... right? Well this is the new Tickled Pink stamp/stencil combo that is paired up with the new Mini Slim Tropic Leaves stencil, Mini Slim Thin Frame Cutting Plate Tickled Pink Die and Mini Slim Scalloped Envelope Liner. I also used some of that new All That Glitter Peapod and Cookie Monster with the TE Glitter Grab that was just released a couple of weeks ago.

First I used the TE Glitter Grab with the new Mini Slim Tropic Leaves on one of TE Mini Slim Rainbow Card Packs (pre-cut and pre-scored cards) and added a little All That Glitter Peapod on the top and Cookie Monster on the bottom. I set this aside to let dry. You can also use a heat gun to speed up the drying process.

Next I stamped this adorable Tickled Pink flamingo then used the Stencil with TE Bitty Blender Brushes and added TE Lollipop and Pink Champagne. The legs and beak I colored with a Copic Sketch Marker. Once it was full of color I used the coordinating die to cut out. 

I used the new Mini Slim Thin Frame Cutting Plate and die cut onto Plum Punch and only used the largest of the Thin Frame that I adhered to the outer edge of my card. Now time to adhere the image to my card. I used foam adhesives so I had a little dimension. To finish up I stamped this sentiment, trimmed down and added to my card also using foam adhesives. 

But we are not done yet because Taylored Expressions just released this new Mini Slim Scalloped Envelope Liner so I first stenciled the Mini Slim Tropic Leaves with TE Bitter Blender Brushes adding Lollipop and Pink Champagne then die cutting the Scalloped Envelope Liner and adhering to one of TE Mini Slim Envelopes. 

Toucan Do It.... how cute is this new Toucan? I am in love with it and totally fun to create Mini Slim cards with. I paired it up with the new Mini Slim Wonky Dots stencil that I used on the card and with the new Mini Slim Scalloped Envelope Liner.

I first stenciled the new Mini Slim Wonky Dots stencil on one of the TE pre-cut mini slim Rainbow pack cards. I used the TE Bitty blender brush with TE Oreo Premium ink. I thought it would be fun to stencil some of the new Mini Slim Tropical Leaves stencil on a separate piece of card-stock and cut them out to use with my Toucan. 

Next I stamped out this adorable Toucan from the new Toucan Do It stamp/stencil combo. I added the color on the leaves and tail with the coordinating stencil and then added some of TE Glitter Grab on the body and added All That Glitter Oreo. Make sure to let it dry completely before trying to add it to your card. 

I kept it simple so I added the Toucan that is neatly die cut using the coordinating die and then added those stencils Tropical Leaves. For the envelope I stenciled the Mini Slim Wonky Dots, die cut the new Mini Slim Scalloped Envelope Liner and added it to my colorful envelope.
