Happy Wednesday blog friends. I hope you all have been enjoying your week. I know I have not posted as much outside of my design team work so I hope to be changing that and posting more often. Plus I have lots of fun stamps in ink up. So now that I am all settle in again and feeling great, it is time to get crafty.
So today I am sharing a card that I created using The Stamp Market: Friendly Bunch stamp, Thanks Background stamp, Quick Strips dies 1/4 and 1/8. I also used The Stamp Market card-stock.
I first die cut all the strips and added them to my card base, then I stamped the Thanks Background stamp. Funny it looks shinny but I did not use embossing powder I just stamped in black ink. I next stamped out this gorgeous floral image from the Friendly Bunch stamp set and colored with Copic Sketch markers. I did a little fussy cutting because I do not own the coordinating die set. Luckily I have a little fussy cutting experience. LOL
I added the floral image using foam adhesives. You know how much I love dimension. I thought it need a bit more so I added a little white gel pen there and there.
That is all for today. I hope you all have a great rest of the week and remember to smile.
Thanks for stopping by.
Have a great day!
You do bright colors so well, this is terrific!
ReplyDeleteSurprising color palette, but it works well! I love how cleverly you figured out a background. Well done and pretty too.
