Today is Taylored Expressions: Mini Slim Essential Release

First up we have the new Mini Slim Circle Window Cutting Plate, Little Critters, Cap it off Alpha and Mini Slim Swiss Heart stencil.

I first die cut the new Mini Slim Circle Window cutting plate on some TE Lavender Glaze card-stock and stenciled the Mini Slim Swiss Heart stencil with the TE Sugar Cube ink pad. I adhered the stenciled background to my card base. Next I stamped and colored this cute unicorn from the new Little Critters stamp set and adhered it in the center of the bottom circle using foam adhesives.


I die cut the two hearts from Hearts A Plenty dies and the letter I from the Cap It Off Alpha dies. I filled the center of the remaining circles. The hearts are overlapped and also adhered using foam adhesives. Finishing up with die cutting the Simple Strips Well Rounded and stamping this fun sentiment on the one best matched up. 

 

 

Next up we have the new Mini Slim Square Window Cutting Plate. I die cut it on some white card-stock and used the circles stencil from the Love Stencil Strips set with TE inks and blender brushes. I adhered the Square Windows background onto my card-base using foam adhesives.

I stamped out two of the Life of the Party set and colored with Copic Sketch markers. Super easy to cut out with the coordinating die set. I adhered them to the center of two of the square openings using foam tape only on the heads and liquid glue on the bottom. I took one of the negative cuts and stamped the sentiment and adhered to the center square also using foam adhesives.

 

 

Mini Slim trifold... yes please!

I love that TE offers pre-cut Toffee Mini Slim Trifold card bases. I started with stamping out my images, coloring with Copic Sketch markers and die cut using the coordinating die set. Set those aside until we set the rest of the card ready.

For the front and center of the card I stamped the Rough Draft Background with TE Sugar Cube ink. Make sure to let the ink dry. I then used the new Mini Slim Trifold Circle Temple + Dies to cut the windows out and also frame out the center circle with TE Cupcake card-stock. I die cut the little tag that comes in the coordinating Sketch Book Floral die set and stamped out FRIEND from the new Just Saying stamp set. I tied some burlap string and tied a bow and adhered the little tag to my card.

The inside of the card I used the Hot Spots stencil, TE Sugar Cube ink and Blender Brushes. I left a spot to adhered the Sketchbook Floral image and adhered it using liquid glue. I stamped out the pretty sentiment from the Just Saying stamp set on TE Cupcake card-stock and adhered to the center of the Floral image. Lastly I added the Sketchbook Floral to the front of my card base using foam adhesives. I saved this floral for last so I could place it just right so you can see both images in the windows.
