I hope you all have been enjoying your week. Southern CA has been cooling off. The weather is so perfect right now. BUT with this time change it is like dark here by 5. Really messes with your sleep clock. RIGHT? Anyone else finding it hard to sleep at night? I get tired at like 6:30 LOL I am so not on the right schedule.
