How has your week been going? As for me it has been good. I started working out every morning. I am doing aerobics at home. Yes aerobics... does anyone do those anymore? That might give my age a little. It feels good to be working out again. I have been lazy and well I am not getting any younger. I always tell my husband that I need to work on my wobbly bits.... he just laughs and tells me he loves me how I am. What a great husband right?

That is my excitement this week.
