Changing Leaves...

Happy Hello everyone. Hope you all are having a great week. I was on Instagram last week and seen this gorgeous stamp set designed by: Andrea Gomoll called Changing Leaves and I just had to have it. I love coloring images that are already gorgeous. This image just fascinates me. I got it in the mail yesterday and well you can see I was excited to get her colored up. I must have more of these images. I wanted to first see the quality of the stamp set and it is great. Stamps beautiful.. 

I wanted the background to be fall themed too so I used many different Ranger Oxide inks (Candied Apple, Spiced Marmalade, Frayed Burlap, Ground Espresso, Black Soot, Peeled Paint and Vintage Photo) I went a little wild with the color. We do sell the Oxide inks at Drive By Crafts. Plus I am sure you have heard the new colors come out soon and we are getting those too. 

I also used a white gel pen to give it some highlights and of course I added some Copic opaque in the background. I just love how it makes the background shine that much more. I did color the image with Copic sketch markers. I am also going to color another with Chameleon Pens. That will be next week. Just so you can see both.
