Feeling Loopy... CFC22

Friday brings new challenges and I have started the day with the CAS-ual Friday Challenge CFC22 .. Love this challenge because it involves ribbon... Who doesn't love ribbon... I have so much of it and love every bit of it.. I am going with Halloween themed card since we are almost into October... Can't believe how the month just flew right by us.  Well I hope you enjoy...
